OU Space Inventory Program
-
This program did not exist — I built it. Given no directive from above, I identified the gaps, designed the systems, and led the team that turned a fragmented, inconsistent space data process into the authoritative record it is today. The Master Building List, the AiM database structure, the governance policy, and the Space Portal are not temporary fixes; they are the bedrock of data that will serve the University of Oklahoma for as long as it stands. I am proud of what I built, and even more proud of the team I created, trained, and led along the way — a group I stayed motivated to grow and support because I believed in the mission we were building toward.
